Paper Envelope Construction Steps:

If want to decorate your envelope, it would be easiest to do this before attaching your hardware. After you’re done decorating, follow the steps below.

Once you’re ready to assemble, follow these steps:

  1. Tape your ESP32 to the envelope with the display centered. The flat side is the bottom and the USB C port should be on the left side. Be sure not to cover the holes when you tape down your board.

  1. Add your LiPo battery to the JST port on the back of the board. The side that gets plugged in facing up is the one where you see the two metal crimps.

  1. Flip your envelope over to ensure your display is being powered and it’s right side up.

  1. Tape down your battery down on top of your board. Again, don’t cover the holes when taping.

  1. Fold up the bottom flap (with the flat edge)
